All Dietitians courses meet the continuing education requirements for maintaining the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) credential, as established by the Certification Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM).

According to CBDM guidelines, CDM, CFPPs must complete 45 continuing education (CE) hours every three years, with at least 9 hours in Sanitation and Safety. The remaining hours must be relevant to the practice of dietary management, including topics such as nutrition, foodservice operations, personnel management, and leadership.
